    No, we do not charge a markup on any repair or maintenance charge although we do charge a flat rate fee of $20-$50 in consideration of the time and effort involved in sourcing, assigning, coordinating with tenants, dispatching, managing and inspecting work.
  • When can I expect to be paid?
    Landlords are paid through a third-party rent collection platform. Once tenants' payments are processed and cleared, funds are directly deposited into your account, typically 1-2 business dates. If you.
